BRC Global Food Standards Issue 6

Birtwistles Catering Butchers are pleased to announce that, having been one of the first Catering Butchers in the UK to undertake the new BRC Level 6 Audit, we been recommended for an A-grade pass. This will be the 7^th continuous year that we have achieved a Grade A.

This once again demonstrates our ongoing commitment as a business to continue to invest in our people and our systems in order to maintain the highest standards the industry demands.
