I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to Birtwistle Catering Butchers a leading national supplier to the food service industry.

Birtwistles have been involved in the meat industry through four generations, spanning over 100 years, during which time we have gathered a wealth of knowledge and experience of the trade helping us to build the Birtwistle Food Group.

At Birtwistle we offer a quality range of products and service that we feel is unrivalled in this very competitive and demanding sector. We have grown to our present position by listening to clients needs and continued efforts to keep ahead of the fast growing and ever changing trends.

We boast to attend livestock markets across the UK on a daily basis. We produce in-house, all our own recipe sausages, burgers and cure our own bacon and gammon all in line with our Product Development Team.

All products supplied are prepared in our 20,000 sq ft fully licensed premises to each customer's own specifications by our skilled team of trained personnel. As part of our package we offer full accreditations at the highest level to all our clients.

Birtwistles offer national deliverys throught the UK using our own fleet of refrigerated vehicles 6 days per week.
