All products supplied are prepared in our 20,000 square ft fully equipped premises to each client’s own specifications by our hand pickedteam of specialist catering butchers.

As part of the Birtwistles family Group we have AB&S Wholesale Meats & Poultry, Entwistle Bacon Co and Oakfield Sausage who in addition to fully supporting the Catering Business have their own portfolio of customers in the wholesale and retail sectors.

Birtwistles boasts to offer national deliveries throughout the UK both radial and composite on our own fleet of refrigerated vehicles.
